We created the Partners In Housing Fund because we believe local citizens are ready to place funds they target for investment in local projects. Our funders witness real impact in the places they live while their money works for them. They seek opportunities that deliver real results in real places we are all calling home. We are Vermont.

Partner In Housing is focused on understanding where the challenges are preventing more accessible and desirable housing. We listen. We understand. We don’t waste time. We simply implement by investing in rental housing or providing down payments for responsible homeowners.

We do not require you have previous experience investing in real estate. We do interview you prior to making a determination whether you are a good fit for our opportunity. Conversely, we walk you through the process and check in with you consistently to ensure you understand how our program works.

We focus primarily on 2-4 unit multi-family housing. We typically hold onto properties following a rehabilitation. We look for properties that may be improved through the use of Accessory Dwelling units (ADUs) but always properties where we can add value.
We are data driven and the local markets change. Check in with us at regular intervals to enquire about changes to our program.

No. Partners in Housing is seeking projects and investors in a multiplicity of communities, focusing on central and southern Vermont at this time. You may request funds to be used in your community, but this is subject to project availability and viability.
